A New Day, A New Life

So yeah, I've started classes now. Things seem to be pretty good. Heres a chart of my classes:

Monday:
Psych 9:10-10:00
Geo 10:20-11:10
Badminton 12:40-1:30
Geo Lab 3-5:50
Econ Testing Time 7-9 (only on testing dates)

Tuesday:
Econ 9:35-10:50
Math 3:55-5:10

Wednesday:
Psych 9:10-10:00
Geo 10:20-11:10
Badminton 12:40-1:30

Thursday:
Econ 9:35-10:50
Math 3:55-5:10

Friday:
Psych 9:10-10:00
Geo 10:20-11:10

And heres a rundown of each individual class:

Psychology- Seems as if it will be relatively easy. The 2nd day of class we spent about 30 minutes talking about sexual positions. Doesn't really have much to do with psychology but was quite interesting. No papers, I believe 4 tests that are 50 question multiple choice. I have to spend some time doing psychological tests as well.....which means I have to sign up for Lab Time. Approximately 300 people in my class.

Geology- Professor reminds me of sarcastic, senile Santa Clause. Lecture is relatively simple to follow. Tests are multiple choice and short answer/diagram drawing. The Lab periods suck. My TA is from Bangladesh, speaks broken English. Long and BORING.

Badminton- Easy 'A', fun and will get me some exercise. One of two freshman in class...the rest are seniors and juniors. Will be fun and not hard.

Economics- Professor is a very nice man. He knows his stuff very well. Both days of class he has gotten off topic and tells good stories. Tests are 50 question multiple choice and some short answer...no papers....will be slightly challenging but a 'B' will be attainable.

Math 141- Will be a challenging class. So far is a review from high school Algebera 1 and 2, and Pre-Cal. This class rocks because it does not deal with stuff that does not apply to business. Screw all your rotational conics to hell. Teacher is a young woman. Very smart and very fast at writing on the board. Craziness.

So yeah, my schedule is not too brutal. My classes aren't too far or hard to get to. So I'm greatful. My truck was dead in my garage spot today. Thankfully, my sister helped me jump my truck. Was quite helpful. But things are going good. I miss everyone back home. I want some good food too. The food here is decent...just not quite homestyle soul food.
