Persistance Assistance
I perdure against time, against ambition
I search for eternity, eternity lacking affliction
For which life will I contend?

All that I want is presented before me,
All that I need, is invisible to see
How can I moderate my conscience?
How can I consciously moderate?

I don't know what to feel.
This crutch won't help me along this path.
Alone I shall travel succeeding the aftermath.
Leaving eternity and footsteps behind.
Leaving footsteps and eternity to follow.

But from ashes to ascend individuality.
A phoenix, a pillar of fire, ensuing captivation.
Initially a metaphor, finally an obsession.
Possibly my accustomed, or perhaps a succession.
